NO’AGE Concentré

Shizuoka Downtown

Sake and tea have existed as medicines since ancient times. Our "bar tenders," sake brewers with roots in pharmaceuticals, bring out flavors by preparing and cooking sake in a manner that breathes new life into the ingredients. We have the added face of a "saryo" (tea house) that offers a combination of food, sake, and tea, without being bound by the conventional framework of a bar.

We draw out the power of ingredients and gently add our own touch to them, creating a pairing of food and work. We hope you enjoy the special once-in-a-lifetime experience that comes from such conversation between people.

Western-Style Tea Ceremony

Start all together at 12:30. Reservations required.

Take this moment to enjoy the ingredients of Shizuoka, a land blessed with a wealth of flavors, and the taste of its tea, which pairs synonymously, as a petit-pairing course. Please spend an afternoon with cocktails and dishes being prepared in front of your eyes.

**Additional tea cocktails, etc. are available from a separate menu.

Evening Sake and a Good Time

A cocktail pairing dinner course featuring Shizuoka ingredients cooked on teppan (hibachi). Please enjoy the aroma and sound of your food being grilled right in front of you as you savor cocktails paired with the food.

Dinner pairing courses must be reserved at least 2 days in advance.

18:00 - (last entry at) 20:00

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind pairing of carefully selected ingredients, prepared on the teppan (hibachi) grill right in front of you and cocktails, an ensemble made possible only through our special cocktail pairings.

**The above paired drinks include non-alcoholic cocktails, such as tea.
**It is possible to swap cocktails out for non-alcoholic cocktails or tea during our course meals. We will provide pairings according to your situation.
